Adam is the owner and founder of Monroe Management. He is responsible for resident management as well as community relations. Adam is a Worcester native, born and raised, which is vital to his expertise in bettering the community. He is a licensed general contractor, who has been working in property management and real estate development since 2002. His prior work experience included aspects of civil engineering and hospitality related fields. He handles construction management, project development, and everything involved in getting our projects from conception to completion. His attention to detail has resulted in the outstanding projects we have completed and are planning for the near future.

Jessica is the newest addition to Monroe Management. She is responsible for accounting support, rent collection, and office operations. Her background experience includes more than 15 years of retail and customer service. Most recently leaving Home Depot, where she oversaw 180 associates and $60M in annual sales as an Assistant Manager. Jessica is available to answer any questions you may have regarding the business, properties, and availability of rental units.
